A Different Standard of Overnight Care
McGregor Care group was founded after three years of neonatal intensive care experience in a level III NICU, where I recognized a critical gap in support for families transitioning home.
In the hospital, newborn care is continuous, structured, and highly supported. At home, families are often expected to navigate that same complexity alone.
My approach centers on recognizing and responding to each baby’s natural cues—supporting sleep, feeding, and development in a way that is both evidence-based and intuitive.

Kind Words from Families
“Elle was amazing. First of all, she is professional, prompt, and a very good communicator. Second, she is experienced with newborns (don't have to explain how to make formula!) and her philosophy on working with newborns works perfectly. Not only would we wake up after a full night's sleep to a sleeping infant, but also a clean house!”
SECOND-TIME MOM
Powell, OH
“If we could give Elle 5+ stars we would! Elle was a night nanny for our daughter for her first several months. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and loving to our baby girl. She is a great communicator and made us feel very comfortable, as well as our two older children, from night one. The morning transition was smooth, with a well-cared for baby.”
FIRST-TIME TWIN MOM
Columbus, OH
“Elle was an indispensable caretaker to our newborn twins. She was reliable, communicative, and highly attuned to the needs of our young babies. We recommend her without reservation!”
