Upon receipt of your inquiry, I will reply via your preferred contact method with a brief greeting, a copy of my resume/references, and my contract for your review. Once you’ve had a chance to take a look at those documents, we will schedule a meeting (either in-person or virtual) so I can formally introduce myself and get to know your family. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have. From there, if you decide to move forward, we will officially book you and your nights will be reserved.
Note: Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is secured only once booking is confirmed. Dates are not held or reserved pending a decision, including for returning clients. To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, prior or ongoing service does not guarantee priority for future dates.
If you are considering care for specific dates, early booking is encouraged, as availability may change at any time until your schedule is confirmed.

Not usually. Since my contracts are often over before it would be developmentally appropriate to sleep train, I typically focus on meeting babies’ immediate needs rather than putting them on a strict schedule.
